All cancellations must be made 72 hours ahead of rental pick up time.

Smoking is prohibited in all rental vehicles.

There is a $500 cleaning fee for any vehicle that requires excessive cleaning, such as smoking inside the vehicle.

The fuel level at drop off must be equal to the fuel level at pick up. A penalty of $5 a gallon will be charged for any fuel shortage.

Vehicle rentals are limited to 200 miles per day. $0.50 will be charged for every mile driven over the limit.

A full day will be charged if a vehicle is returned late.

Rental agreement will be provided at time of pick up.
