Rates are tiered, the longer you rent the vehicle the cheaper the daily rate will be.

Q - How do I get to your facility to pick up the car?
A. Our address is 7620 US-2 E, Columbia Falls, MT. We are located only 10 miles from the Glacier Park International Airport (GPIA) and 16 miles from the West Glacier Train Station. Most likely if you have rented one of our cars, then we will be picking you up and bringing you to your Cabin and Car.
Q. Why do I receive a No Rates Available message?
A. This location is a seasonal operation that rents vehicles during the months of May-Oct. Reservations can be made by calling 1-406-249-0908
Q. Why am I receiving a cancellation notice 5 days before my reservation?
A. We require a proof of insurance to be submitted either via text (406-249-0908) or email (gscarmt@gmail.com) 7 days prior to your reservation. We do send out a reminder 10 days prior so be sure to watch for this and submit this as soon as you have a chance to to avoid forgetting. Insurance verifications are processed prior to your arrival which greatly reduces the wait time during the check out process on your day of arrival.
Q. What will I need in order to rent a vehicle? -
A. All you will need in order to reserve a vehicle with Glacier Specialty Car Rentals is to be at least 21 years of age with a Valid Drivers License, Credit Card, and Proof of Full Coverage Insurance that includes comprehensive and collision coverages.
Q. How do I get to the Cabin and Car? - When you rent both a Cabin and Car with us we will provide you with a complimentary round trip shuttle service. No need to waste your time standing in line at the car rental counter and then getting lost trying to get your bearings in an unfamiliar place. The shuttle will pick you up at the Glacier International Airport or West Glacier Train Station and bring you to your Cabin and Car. At the end of your trip you'll return the car to us and the shuttle will return you for your departure. Make sure that you e-mail or text us your arrival and departure information so we can schedule the shuttle.
How do I submit my Drivers License and Proof of Insurance? -
A. You can e-mail or text this to us. You also can upload this during the Cabin Booking process. Your proof of insurance can be a picture of what you keep in your car or your declaration pages.
How do I pay for the Car Rental?
A.When we make the reservation for you, we collect payment for the car rental upon arrival and check out of the rental car. We will complete a quick walk around, sign a contract, and then you'll be off. When you book online you will pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% will be charged on your day of arrival.
Q. What if we aren't staying with you for our whole stay, can we still book a car with you?
A. Yes, as long as you Begin and End your trip here in the Flathead Valley. We don't offer one way rentals. When you are not staying with us your entire time here, you can still rent a car, however we will charge the public rate for the days you are staying elsewhere and average out your daily rate. Our public rates are typically still a lower daily rate than what the surrounding car rental companies charge, so you will still be getting a deal.
